We are a group of golfers primarily from Whiteley, Hampshire but expanding to other parts of Hampshire. We meet 3 times a year to contend for team and individual trophies and prizes including the Team and Individual Claret Jug, Wooden Spoon, Nearest the Pin and Longest Drive trophies.
We always start the day with breakfast or lunch followed by at least 18 holes of Golf, dinner prize giving and occasionally a charity raffle.
The aim of the raffle is to raise funds for charities in and around the Whiteley area. To date we have donated over £4000 to the Whiteley Wanderers Youth Football team, Motor Neurone Disease, The Whiteley Cub/Scout Group, Louis Little Legs, MaxA, McMillan Cancer Support, Oakhaven Hospice Trust, Whiteley Wanderers U14 Team.
New players are always welcomed, we have players of all abilities playing. There is no annual membership fee, just pay for the day and enjoy.
